InZOI Lunar New Year Update

InZOI had a mini but beautiful update. Let’s go over it!

Check out InZOI’s Lunar New Year Update!

The mini update patch 0.6.0 was released for InZOI on February 12, 2026.

Create a Zoi (CAZ)

Two new hairs were added to the game, nine new sets, four new shoes and four new hat items. I only saw four hat items for the male Zoi as well as a bug where the new item marker refuses to go away despite checking out all the new hats. I found all of the outfits to be intricate, beautiful and perfect for the lunar new year!

Building

Two type of staircases were added to the game, one pillar, 2 windows, 3 doors, 4 types of roof, one fence, one gate, one handrail, seventeen materials, six accessories, four furniture pieces, two cushions, one wall decoration, six lighting type items and four other items.

As someone who enjoys playing horror games with a few worthy mentions being Ku-On, Fatal Frame series and a few other gems, I found the new build items to be perfect to rebuild that horror, macabre ambiance.

My favorite pieces were the furniture which had such a beautiful intricate design, the new cushions which bring new sitting interaction, the charm bags and all the doors and windows.

Other Additions

Ullim Cafe received an update and a Hanok property has been added to the temple. I didn’t get a chance to visit it extensively but I did see that they used all the items that came with Lunar New Year Update which is so aesthetically pleasing and gave me tons of ideas.

The crafting kits that were available for the Christmas update (Cookie Man, Cookie House and Tree House Crafting Kit) are now available for purchase through the Pocket Market app.

In case you missed the Christmas update for InZOI

Zois will now need to stay outdoors in the rain without an umbrella for six hours before catching a cold. A much welcome change, in my opinion!

Final Thoughts

As a reminder, InZOI is still in early access but with that said, I’m not a fan of the items that could not be customized, something that I also encountered in the previous Christmas update. I hope this doesn’t become a reoccurring pattern. Overall, I’m very pleased with the update and excited to see what the team brings up next.
